As an experienced food & beverage professional, I gained vast experience working in restaurants and catering, making my way up to managerial and leading positions.

I started from the bottom of the ladder, learning skills, and techniques in cooking and serving; educating myself throughout, and turning difficulties and challenges into opportunities to self-develop and improve. 

My curiosity about the hospitality industry drove me to excel and get a taste of its different segments; casual eateries, fine dining restaurants, luxury catering, corporate functions, country clubs, resorts, and lately cloud kitchens. The wide knowledge I gathered through all these years, has led me into finding the ultimate four secrets of hospitality; which you can read about in my articles.

Graduate of hotels and restaurants management, a certified ISO22000:2018 Food Safety Management System Internal Auditor, a certified “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt” expert, with a keen eye for details, high communication skills and leadership, and a pinch of “out of the box” creativity and thinking, I am dedicated to creating extraordinary concepts.
